SoquShield · Self-custodial wallet · iOS + Android

The wallet built for the quantum era.

SoquShield holds your Soqucoin keys on your device and signs every transaction with ML-DSA-44 (FIPS 204), the NIST-standardized lattice signature scheme. No account, no custodian, no classical-crypto fallback.

§ 01 · Custody

Your keys are created on your phone and never leave it. They are protected by your passcode and biometrics, backed up by a 24-word recovery phrase, and used to sign transactions locally before anything touches the network. Soqucoin Labs never holds your funds and cannot move them. Wipe the app and everything is gone from the device; restore the phrase and everything comes back.

Signing uses ML-DSA-44 only. There is no Ed25519 or ECDSA anywhere in the signing path, which is the point: signatures made today should still be unforgeable when large quantum computers arrive.

Your keys never leave the device. That is the whole custody model.

§ 02 · What you can do
  • Wallet · send and receive SOQ with post-quantum signatures, with live block height and a full history
  • Pay · instant sub-second payments over L2SOQ channels. The Lightning service provider is a channel counterparty, never a key custodian.
  • USDSOQ · stablecoin issuance technology built into the Soqucoin protocol for licensed issuers. Soqucoin Labs is not an issuer and holds no reserves. USDSOQ is not active on mainnet.
  • Names · register a .soq name that others can pay instead of an address
  • Field Manual · the full user guide lives in the app under Help, no connection required

Everything above is usable in the stagenet beta today. The Privacy screen is a disabled preview of a future network upgrade and says so on screen. The app does not pretend, and neither does this page.

Note · Practice money The current beta runs on stagenet, Soqucoin's public test network. Every balance is a test coin with no monetary value, and the in-app faucet hands them out free. Explore without risk.
§ 03 · Get the app

Android has two doors. The easy one is Google Play: install from the store and updates arrive automatically. Prefer to verify and sideload? Every release is also published as a signed APK on our GitHub releases page, alongside the .aab we ship to Play.

iOS is in TestFlight beta now, and invitations open as the beta widens. The listing and screenshots are already in review preparation; if you want in early, ask in the Discord and we will add you to the next wave.

Five minutes from install to your first post-quantum transaction.

§ 04 · The Field Manual

SoquShield ships with its own user guide: 15 task-shaped articles and a plain-words glossary, written in the exact words you see on screen. It covers your first wallet, the recovery phrase, sending and receiving, instant Pay, USDSOQ, .soq names, and the security habits that keep you safe. The same manual is inside the app under Help and here on the web.

Do this, in this order. A manual written for people, not protocols.
